What do you mean grain waves are not for dinner?
Clearly I think they will suffice! Now go away! I will leave the healthy eating up to Edie!
Edie is having a variety of baked and steamed vegies and some yoghurt coated pasta....
The yoghurt pasta seems to be a big hit!
As for the humans.......they were snacking on strawberries and cream! And sipping tea from small glasses. Yum!
Hoping you are having a restful weekend.
Hugs and smoochies xoxoxoxo

That rat is eating better than I did today!
ReplyDeleteLol, yeah they are rather spoiled! And fussy too! I cook for all the animals around here. Don't trust commercial food. Of course they eat a lot of raw stuff too. Our dogs love fruit and they eat a mainly vegetarian diet with raw bones and meat thrown in. The rats are vegetarian as Gemma does not want them eating meat at all.
ReplyDeleteHow cute! Your Edie eats a diet similar to what our bird eats. Every time I make his lunch (he snacks on his veggies - and sometimes a beat of meat or egg - all day), I think, "Mmm, looks good..."
ReplyDeleteWhoops, not a "beat of meat", but a "bit" of meat. Yeesh.
ReplyDeleteWendy, the kids were horrified that your bird eats eggs, lol.
ReplyDeleteI had the same thought about a bird eating eggs! My other thought was, can I come be a pet at your house for a little while?!? I nearly never get to eat good food like that!!!
ReplyDeleteSure! You are welcome to come and visit anytime you like! I think I would feed you something nice every day! ;-)
ReplyDeleteDoes it always eat so well?
ReplyDeletehow about some leek pie (:
Ok Edie is just plain adorable. I will NOT show Kei these pictures because she would "HAVE TO HAVE ONE".
ReplyDeleteStrawberries and cream look yummy too!
It all looks splendid :)
ReplyDeleteMY daughter had a rat years ago and he ate from her dinner plate...what i mean is she took food off her plate and put it in a little container for him - he was so intelligent
ReplyDeleteJust dropping by to say HI. Hope things are great in your part of the world. :)
ReplyDeleteStrawberries and cream...divine.
ReplyDeleteGrain waves...not so much.
